The Founders of this fraternity/sorority have set a number of positive virtues that shall guide the members. First, its mission is to develop leaders among men and to foster positive change in the fraternity system of our society. Second, its vision is making its members excel in their chosen fields of endeavor, advocate inter-fraternity peace & cooperation, support good governance, model an active community service, and engage in friendly competition. Lastly, one of its objectives is to maintain peace and order by the very best of one's ability.
